9/11/21

20th anniversary. With the kiddos. Muir Woods & The Pelican Inn. It was a sad and happy day. The most peaceful 9/11 I have observed in the past 20 years. But, of course, I ache for NYC. There is nowhere I’d rather be than in our Inwood apartment (or perhaps my East Village garret). Everywhere I looked at Muir Woods, I saw twin trees. Nature’s twin towers. It was reassuring. I used to be a runner and really applied myself after 9/11 because of lot of the people at Cantor Fitzgerald were training for the NYC marathon that November. So I’ve started running again both for myself and to honor those who perished. Anyhow, enough of my babble. Here are some of the images from this past 9/11.
